If your order hasn't been packed for delivery, we might still be able to make changes or cancel it. Send us a message and we'll do what we can to help.

Login, head to the account page of your account and you'll be able to update your email address.

If you're logged in you can change your password in the account details section of your account. If you can't remember your password you can use the forgotten password form to reset it.

First check your email junk mail folder, sometimes the confirmation email will end up there. If you still can't find it, send us a message and we'll try and help you out.
