The fastest way for you to swap out or refund any product you have an issue with is to return it to the supplier or wholesaler you purchased it from. They'll be able to deal with any issues face-to-face and should be able to quickly supply you with replacement product and get you selling again as soon as possible.

If you bought the product in question directly from Britvic, then just fill out this form and our team will be in touch.
If a member of the public has an issue with one of our products that you've sold to them and you agree that there's a quality issue, then we'd recommend exchanging or refunding the product to your customer and then following the previous step of returning the pack to your wholesaler or supplier.
Members of the general public can report a product quality issue using this form on our corporate site.
Note: This form should not be used by Britvic trade customers as the team can only deal with consumer packs of products.
