Item not arrived? Ordered the wrong thing? Here's what you need to know:
If your order hasn't been packed for delivery, we might still be able to make changes or cancel it. Send us a message and we'll do what we can to help.
If your item didn't reach you in the condition you'd expect - just send us a message and we'll do what we can to help.
You can track the status of your order on the 'My orders' page of your account.
Since all of our kits are free, you don't need to return anything to us and can dispose of any items as you wish. If you need to exchange an item instead, send us a message and we'll do what we can to help.
Exchanging an item may be possible if the alternative is still in stock. Send us a message and we'll see what we can do.
If we've sent you something extra by mistake - consider it a freebie! We don't need it back. If you were expecting something else however, send us a message and let us know what's missing.
