Robinsons RTD The Hundred Competition

1. THE PROMOTER 

At Your Convenience (Britvic Soft Drinks) Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 4TZ. Registered in England No. 517211 

2. ELIGIBILITY 

The Promotion is open to Independent convenience store outlets in GB, aged 18 years or over only, except: 
 
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; 

(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration; or 

(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above. 

 

3. THE PROMOTION 

 3.1 The title of the Promotion is “Robinsons The 100 Competition” POS Kits. 

 3.2 The promotional period to claim a free POS Kit will run until 16.07.2023 or until kits are out of stock (kits given on a first come first served basis).  

3.3 To claim, visit atyourconvenience.com to register and order x1 of the “Robinsons The 100 Competition” POS kits.   

3.4 You may claim a maximum of x1 “Robinsons The 100 Competition” kit per outlet.  

3.5 Entrants must have Internet access to claim this Promotion. Incomplete, illegal or misdirected claims will not be accepted. 

3.6 Once claimed, you can then set up your POS Kit, submit a photo to yourpos@britvic.com by 23.07.23  in order to be in with a chance to win one of 4 x 4 tickets to a ‘The Hundred’ game (either Edgebaston 5th Aug (2 x 4 tickets) or Lords 8th Aug (2 x 4 tickets)). 4 prizes in total. Draw date for the tickets will be: 27.07.2023 
 

4. The “Robinsons The 100 Competition” POS Kit. 
 

The “Robinsons The 100 Competition” POS Kit contains: 

X4 A4 Posters 

X1 Wobbler 

X1 Barker 

X2 Shelf Strips 

X1 A4 Managers Notes 

 4.1 There are 500 kits available.

 4.2 The POS Kits are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. 

4.3The Promoter reserves the right to replace the POS kit with an alternative reward of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. 

 5. THE PRIZE 

5.1 The prize consists of: 4 x 4 tickets to one of The Hundred 2023 group game tickets (see 6.4. for further information)  

5.2 There are 4 prizes to be won over the entire promotional period.  

5.3 Unless otherwise stated, all expenses incurred by the winners in the general use and/or enjoyment of the Prize, including but not limited to food, drink, travel, and accommodation, are the sole responsibility of the winners.  

5.4 The Hundred tickets: All tickets will be given away in fours so the winners can take three (3) guests with them. There are no restrictions on guest age. All tickets will be provided via email as a unique code that can be inputted into the Hundred App to redeem as pairs of e-tickets please see link to app – https://www.thehundred.com/mobile. .. The following tickets will be available over the promotional period. 

 5.4.1 2 x 4 tickets to Edgebaston on 5th August 2023; and 

5.4.2 2 x 4 tickets to Lords on 8th Aug 2023.. 

5.5 The prizes are provided by the Promoter and administered by them. 

5.6 The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be sold, auctioned or exchanged for any cash alternatives or compensation in whole or in part. Travel and accommodation are not included. The Promoter is not able to exchange tickets for alternative locations/matches/dates.  

5.7 The Promoter reserves the right to replace a prize or part of a prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. 

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION 

6.1 All entries received during the Promotion Period will be judged under independent supervision on 27.07.2023 (the “Draw Date”) to select four  winners based on the following criteria:  

6.1.1 The most impactful display. 

6.1.2 The most memorable display.  

6.1.3 The most eye catching display.  

6.2 Winners will be notified via the email address used to enter the promotion within 23 working days of the Draw Date. Winners have 48 hours from initial notification to confirm acceptance of their prize by replying to their notification, otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries that were received before the Closing Date using the same methodology. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account including any spam or junk folders during this time in case they are drawn as a winner.  

6.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their prize, rejects the prize or are ineligible and reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date. The process will repeat until 3 working days to each game date. Subsequent to each game date any unclaimed prize will be null and void.  

7. POS KIT DELIVERY 

7.2 Please allow 10 working days from valid acceptance, for delivery of any POS Kit. The POS Kits will be delivered via registered post. A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. If any issues with the POS kit, please get in contact with the Promoter who can help issue you with a new kit if appropriate. 

7.3 The Promoter accepts no liability if any POS Kit is undelivered due to inaccurate details. 

8. PRIZE DELIVERY 

8.1 Ticket winner prizes: Please allow up to 25 working days from valid acceptance and the completion of any verification process for ticket fulfilment codes to be provided. All codes will be provided prior to the relevant game as early as possible. Winners will be sent a unique code to the email address provided to enter in the ‘My Tickets’ section of The Hundred App prior to arrival at the cricket ground. Winners will need to download the app to redeem. Their e-tickets will then appear on the App to be presented when entering the cricket ground.  

8.2 If any prizes are unable to be organised due to inaccurate details or delay on the part of a winner, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability.  

9. MODERATION 

9.1 The Promoter will reject claims which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, have been submitted by an entity that:  

9.1.1 is likely to be considered offensive by the Promoter or could reflect negatively the name, reputation, or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;  

9.1.2 defames, misrepresents, or insult other people or companies, including, but not limited to the Promoter (including its partners);  

9.1.3 promotes any political agenda.  

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

10.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up The POS Kits, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
 

11. DATA PROTECTION 

11.1 By entering the Promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the Promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this Promotion. 

11.2 Entrants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available here: http://www.britvic.com/privacy 

12. GENERAL 

12.1 By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter. 

12.2 Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence. 

12.3 If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the Promotion. 

12.4 The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the claim where it becomes necessary to do so. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.  

12.5 The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. 

12.6 Verification of age, identity and address will be required before any claims are fulfilled. 

12.7 The promoter reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entries containing: 

 
(a) content deemed to be wholly inappropriate, discriminatory or illegal, including but not limited to     obscene, indecent, defamatory, malicious, racist, sexist, homophobic, harassing, threatening and/or offensive, inclusive of nudity and/or pornography, sexual, violent and fraudulent in nature. 
 

(b) any activity or behaviour which causes, encourages or promotes danger or a threat to the health and safety of the entrant and/or others. 
 

(c) any activity or behaviour which promotes or advertises goods and/or services, including competitor products, for any form of remuneration. 
 

(d) any attempt to impersonate another person or include persons who have not given permission to feature in the entry. 
 

(e) prominent featuring of any trademark or copyright material not owned or licenced by the promoter or any third party connected to the promoter for the purposes of the Promotion. 

12.8 It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of The POS Kit in order for their claim to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects acceptance or delivery of their claim. 

12.9 Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) or multiple aliases to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to increase that participant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that person's entries will be disqualified and any claim will be void. 

12.10 By entering the Promotion entrants confirm they have the permission of any person featured in their entry to feature them or where any person featured is under 16, that they have the parent’s/guardian’s permission. 

12.11 Subject to the winner’s consent, the name and county of each of the winners will be available by sending an email to yourpos@britvic.com  

12.12 The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. 

12.13 If any clause or provision of these terms and conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within. 

12.14 The terms and conditions of this Promotion, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
